I live in a country, where there is a big distinction between private Jobs & government jobs with their pros & cons. However, government job is more preferred ( because of various benefits) and it’s cut throat competitive to get in to. Where as private jobs are more biased and you only get in through nepotism.
What about your country ? Is there anything like that?
