25M here. I used to be quite fit back in college. 15% bodyfat. Good stamina and Good strength. I maintained my fitness by hitting the gym for 90 minutes everyday and on weekends I participate in marathons.
I experimented with boxing and wrestling for a while. but then adulthood happenned and my job and studying barely leave me any freetime to do that anymore.
I wanna get back in shape, and I wanna get my stamina and strength back. I tried getting back to weight lifting but it felt so soulless and aimless
my physical activity was diverse and i was satisfied but i don’t have enough freetime for that diversity anymore.
What’s your advice? Men who are working 60 hrs a week, is there a routine that is able to maintain stamina, general health and strength, doesn’t consume so much time and doesn’t feel as soulless as weight lifting?
