Acting as if other people didn’t exist, not considering that your actions have consequences on other people and what these consequences might be.
Thinking only about you as if no one else around exists
Recent example: husband went for a FIVE HOUR walk without leaving a note AND expected dinner to be waiting for him. He left his wallet, id and keys at home.
Did not even *occur* to him that I would be very worried.
Living in a mindset where if something doesn’t benefit you personally and immediately, it’s not worth it to you.
