This question is for the gym bros. I don’t wanna gain muscle I just wanna increase my pure strength (as in I wanna be able to carry heavy objects without feeling like I’m being crushed😅). I see that whenever people talk about working out it’s mostly about form and visual instead of it’s actual ,physical use. So no I don’t want to pump chest to make bongos out of them or starve myself to get a six pack. I just wanna increase my over all strength. With that being said …..
