I’m a lesbian, I prefer to only give in bed, and I have no idea where to start with giving strap. The thrusting motion tires me out within seconds and the harness I currently have probably isn’t helping since it either sits too loose on me or is so tight it cuts the bloodflow on my legs. What exercises can I do to improve thrusting stamina / motion? Anyone got recommendations for how I can shop for a better harness? I already do yoga and am starting to work HIIT into my routine.
