I seem to have a problem where when I try and talk with people that none of my words feel genuine. Like that nothing I’m saying I’m phrasing properly and it just feels like a game of telephone. This is an issue I have with everyone it seems. I try and talk with people and nobody ever wants to engage with me, am I doing something wrong, am I saying the wrong things, I have no idea and I just feel so lost and confused.
