I broke up with a narcissistic ex last May and am still trying to heal. Multiple guy friends have texted me since then whenever they run in to him, even though they know I’m still struggling, and finally just got up the nerve to block him from my phone last month. I don’t understand why these guy friends think it’s something that I need to hear about.
