We recently broke up with my girlfriend, it was her decision. The problem from her side was because I didn’t want to get married or have children with her. The reason why I didn’t want any of these with her after 6 years is because she was still dependent on me with all of her responsibilities. Whenever she didn’t want to anything, she would just push it to me. Whether it’s a homework from her university or taking our dog for a walk. Her not properly working and going to college on and off was also a huge weight on my shoulders. Even though she works part-time, as soon as she receives her salary, she immediately wastes it in a single day for new iphone, earpods, clothes and make-up and would start asking money from me within a week.

Anyways, we broke up, it’s been 3 weeks. 2 days after broke up, she said she’ll move to university dorm. I asked if she has any money for that, she said no. I sent her 500 euros and told her that I’ll keep sending for a couple of months more until she gets her things straight.

It’s been 10 days since she signed contract with university dorm and got the keys (or that’s what she told me). The next day of signing the contract, she came to me and said “maybe moving to dorm is not a good idea”, I said “what then? are you stuck with me?”, she was like “no I know I should move, I’m just saying”. It gave me a suspicion that maybe she wasted the money on something else and didn’t actually sign the contract with dorm. I really don’t know.

Anyways, it’s been 10 days and it seems that she has no intention to move away. She even invited one of her friends once to watch a movie (asked my permission). It’s getting annoying because I need to move on, right now I feel like I’m being stalled. I’ve been sleeping on the couch in the office room.

Legally I can’t kick her out since her address is registered here and I don’t want things to go that way, but when I ask about her plans for moving out, she gets mad and tell me “she doesn’t understand my behavior”.

tl;dr
Girlfriend broke up with me 3 weeks ago but still lives with me even though I covered for her university dorm and other expenses for the next couple of months. It seems she has no intention to actually move away and I don’t have legal basis to kick her out.
