So my fwb is a generous, thoughtful guy. I’ve been seeing him for about 3 months, and we’re taking a weekend trip when I get back from visiting family for Christmas. He’s a nice distraction from grad school stress, and it was his idea to spend a weekend together.
He pays for most things in our relationship (I’ve offered, but he generally takes care of things, and there’s a significant differential anyway).
What are some other ways I can make the trip special for him? He does a lot for me, and is honestly more present than most of my ex boyfriends.
I bought some cute lingerie, booked a couples massage, I’m knitting him a hat (destination is chilly) and I’ll probably make him some cookies for the drive.
Is this too intense? He’s made some pretty big gestures for me, and I just want to reciprocate.
