I mind my own business and don’t bother anyone yet people still talk about me or want to talk to me

This isn’t an ask for help but more of a question. Everywhere at work or in the family, people always ask about me or want to talk to me even when I’m a very quiet person, I don’t bother people and I stay in my own lane. How and why?!?? I’m genuinely shocked.
