this may be a dumb question, but how do i know if i reached an orgasm? i’m female, and i THINK i have orgasmed but i really don’t know.
i know porn is fake and a lot of women fake orgasms, but they (pornstars) always have such a physical reaction (example: shaking) and i want to know if i can reach that too, or if it’s even real.
