I Realized I’ve making eye contact wrong for my whole life

Today I realized i was making eye contact wrong when my friends told me i have crossed eyes. Its probably not that i have lazy eyes but i was looking the wrong direction when holding eye contact. I tend to look the area between the eyes and the start of the nose. How to make eye contact lol
