What are the pros and cons of wearing a dress?

  1. Pro: show off my sexy ankles and legs 😍

Cons: too much wind and sticking to pleather seat cushions at restaurants. 😬

  2. Pros: There’s tons of variety, from cute to sexy to conservative dresses, there’s a dress for everyone

Cons: Windy days can be hell if you end up wearing a dress and not have shorts underneath.

  3. Pros: Comfortable, breezy, fun to twirl, easy to wear.

Cons: I am hyper aware of how I sit.

  4. Pro: I just love a dress
Con: They can get caught in your knickers without you knowing. Not good when on a bus.

  5. Pros: dresses with pockets (reign supreme)

    Cons: wind,bending over,sticking when it’s hot out

  6. Pro, one article of clothing easier to put on and easier to take off (generally)

Con, society expects you to have hairless legs.

  7. Pros:
too lazy to match an outfit
my bf gets a peak when he wants 😉
flowy, pretty, makes me feel like a woman

Cons: my chubby thighs rub together

  8. Pros: air flow, comfortable, feeling feminine

Cons: thighs sticking/rubbing together, thighs sticking to chairs, wind gusts, having to shave your legs, annoying people saying “what are YOU all dressed up for?” (Dude, I just don’t wanna wear pants today)

  9. Pros: I feel pretty, girly and attractive

    Cons:
Cold legs and constantly worrying about flashing my knickers (which is why I always wear bike shorts or stockings underneath lol)

  10. Pros
they don’t squeeze my belly and I don’t have to match a top and bottom together
    Cons
. I can’t really think of any. I love dresses

  11. Pro: I am not trussed up like thanksgiving turkey on the hottest day of the year. Dresses are so much more comfortable.

Pro: I put one thing on, and it looks like I am all fancy. Pants
not so much. And don’t get me started on leggings.

Cons: I would say there are no cons, but In the dead of winter when you drag the hem of your skirt through some nasty snowbank and then come inside and that wet material is clinging to your leg the struggle is real.

Also, tripping on your skirt going upstairs

  12. Pros: they’re a full outfit by themselves, they transition well between seasons with layers, they’re pretty, they make me feel pretty, they’re easier to fit over my hip:thigh ratio than trousers, they twirl, it’s easy to find a shape that accentuates what you want and skims the rest, they’re easy to wear, there’s a feeling of joy when you find pockets, fun patterns, a shape for every body

Cons: I can’t think of any – expect maybe people expect you to perpetuate stereotypical femininity if you wear them often? I tend to ignore that though.

  13. Pros: Lots of variety out there for style, length, patterns, etc. Less restrictive than pants. Can wear stretchy shorts under for modesty and comfort and no one knows. Breezy and can be pretty.

Cons: pockets only sometimes. Occasionally get weird comments (from older people, mostly) when said dress is short. A strong wind can be problematic.

For those who say thigh rub is an issue, the gold bond anti chafe stick is a godsend. Tested it in Mexico on vacation with several long dresses in humid, 85 degree weather and it did not fail me.

  14. Pros: I feel super pretty

Cons: gusts of wind occasionally send the skirt flying up

Not a con but not a pro: older men will stop to compliment you everywhere you go, and if you prefer vintage style dresses they will often reminisce about how their wife used to dress like you

  15. Pros: I feel cute. It’s definitely cooler than jeans.
Cons: I have to shave my legs. And if it’s windy
 also thigh chafing.

  16. Pros: comfortable, camouflaging (am I bloated today? Can’t tell!), easy outfit and looks inherently like you put in effort even if it’s a simple, casual dress. For me at least, my weight can fluctuate and the same dresses still fit me so I’m not uncomfortable in too tight clothes if my weight is up.

Cons: wind, thighs rubbing together. My solution for both is to wear tights or leggings under in the winter and the shorts version of leggings in summer.

So no cons really. I wear dresses almost ever day.

  17. pros: usually easy to put on, easy access for doing naughtys, keeps cool on warm days, can look both adorable and sexy, not having to wear uncomfy/unflattering pants, airy so less risk of yeast infections, very comfy, easy to remove if feel sudden urge to swim in a lake, makes gyno appointments easier.

cons: chubrub, sitting on seats/benches can leave marks on the skin, higher risk of creepy old men trying to sneak a peak.

  18. Pros: little effort to look like you put in effort . Some are really pretty and make me feel more excited than my normal jeans and shirt.

Cons: my legs look like a ghost’s and I hate shaving but feel self conscious if I wear a dress with hairy legs

  19. Pros if the port o potties are full you can go pop a discrete squat. If you’re getting crazy it’s easy to have sex in the car.

Con unless you get lucky and have pockets you have to use a stupid purse. Also you have to either be secure with your Fanny being on show when it’s windy or break down and wear panties đŸ©Č đŸ€ź

  20. They are surprisingly comfortable. My son even likes to wear them on hot days

  21. Pro one piece, cooler in hot weather, fun to use as expression

Con going to the bathroom, accidental “slips”, one piece

  22. Pros: I feel cute, love to twirl, can be worn with sandals, shoes, boots or tennis.

Cons: most of them does not have usable pockets :c

  23. Pros: it’s fun, cute, and the best thing to wear when you’re on a shopping spree

Cons: you can’t run, the wind is not your best friend, and perverts will try to look at your underwear

  24. Pros: They feel feminine and fabulous. Easier to go to the bathroom. Always get compliments. Make a great impression.

Cons: Can be cold depending on weather. Trip risk when going up/down stairs in a maxi dress. Most dresses do not have pockets and dresses with pockets can be difficult to find.

  25. Are there any pros? haha jk. Pros: depending on the make it’s comfy. Cons: can also be uncomfy.

  26. I stopped wearing skirts after camera phones started showing up everywhere. I caught a perv “tying his shoes” taking up skirt shots of some young girl. I walked over and kicked his phone out of his hand like I was in the super bowl. He’s lucky I didn’t try to punt his head, too.
