Made a friend the past year who always says like “we should go do that sometime!” When talking about an activity or when talking about a show he’ll say “we should watch it together” but then never follows up to make actual plans. I’m not sure if he actually wants to do these things or just trying to be friendly/open? In some cases I’d think maybe since he’s shown interest I’m supposed to bring it up and suggest a time, but he’s also the one with a busier schedule whereas I’m always free so I feel like a nuisance if I were to ask for a specific time?
