My girlfriend went to another city with her friends to celebrate the new year and I did not join them because of work. We have met each other few months ago and have had a good relationship. The day after she came back, she texted me that her group of friends went to a party on new years eve and then to a club and she got heavily drunk and there she started dancing and hang out with a guy who was a good dancer who later kissed her and she was a bit caught off guard, she thought he was gay, then her tired friends left the club and she continued to hang out and dance with the guy and then realized it is too late and came back to her hotel. She feels awful about it and promised to not drink heavily. I feel like she is genuinely sorry about it. Should I continue the relationship with her?
updates: she had a shared hotel room with one of her friends and she is always very worried about STDs so I am 99.9 percent sure they did not have sex
