For instance, there is a condom I came across that requires 4 hands to open it up. This technically could demonstrate an intention to want to have sex with someone before the fact.

However, since that was put out there it was deemed as a bad idea BECAUSE it could be used as evidence for consent in non-consensual sex claims.

What product, or tool (maybe a fingerprint detector on a door clearly labelled the ‘sex room’) do you think would be enough to be like…okay they likely consented. Or, do we always want to give people the option of retroactively changing their minds (which obviously has other consequences in terms of damaging reputations etc)?

P.s. Obviously open to ideas from both sexes and I’m hoping there is no judgement passed on the whole ‘guys claiming they’re being framed vs women always being the victims’ debate. I think it’s important to be judgement free about it as, if you’re a guy, you could have a daughter and this would impact her. But equally if you’re a woman, you could have a son and this would also impact him.
