I am trying to buy a property but a lot of the places I find have a similar structure, where the bathroom is downstairs and behind the kitchen. I understand why they did this back in the days, but for those who currently live in a house like this, what is it like? Can you smell certain smells? Is it inconvinient? Have you struggled to sell the house after?
