Hey everyone,

Currently doing the night shift at a warehouse and I’m basically at my breaking point. I would prefer something where the pay is low but I can stay at home and maybe even move out of London so I can look after my dad. I’m also in my 30’s and feel like I’m going through a mid life crisis with the realisation that I have only been working without enjoying myself for more than 10 years now, so it would also be nice to do a bit of traveling around the UK while working.

I’ve looked into areas like data entry and copywriting but usually they ask for previous experience which I don’t have. I also thought about call centre jobs but because I have a stutter that gets much worse when I’m stressed I don’t think that I would be able to do those jobs very well.

Years ago I used to work in computer repair as well as building computers on a part time basis for more than 5 years so I’m not sure if I could get a remote job in a fault diagnosis call centre for a PC manufacturer or a custom PC builder.

I started doing a python course about 2 weeks ago and was wondering if there would be any possibility in getting a remote entry level job in the IT industry? Recently I have heard that the market has become very saturated so it can be near impossible to get entry level jobs in the industry. Is this true?

Posting here to see if can get a bit of advice. It would be really appreciated.

Thank you for reading.
