To clarify, this IS NOT a “forever alone” post. I am not crying about how the universe has condemned me to solitude; it is just a question of men’s experiences.

It is tough for me to appeal to women as a dating partner. I’ve had plenty of female friends, but as someone to date, I am not a popular pick. I am 19, and I am told by many older men and women in their 40s that I’m good-looking, intelligent, and well-mannered; therefore, I will find a girlfriend, etc. I’ve heard it’s mainly an age issue online, and young men get overlooked very often and our “value” isn’t there, etc. In your opinion, is it mainly an age thing and does it get easier as you get older?
