Just general gist is this something that’s looked down upon. This is not in reference to someone you meet in a social setting and exchange socials with.
I’m talking specifically about talking to people you’ve never interacted with on any level socially.
My gut has always told me this is typically seen as “creepy” and “offputing.”
And though a big part of how one comes off is the approach; it still seems its generally looked down upon and ill advised.
