It’s got to be boiled to the point that it’s soft and then absolutely smothered in cheese to the point where it’s basically a soup.
Fried to the point where it’s cooked but still crunchy. Perfect.
Steaming it on the stovetop.
I love all broccoli, but there’s something about broccoli prepared in a wok with a good sauce. Drool.
Broccoli salad..
We eat broccoli with dinner several times a week. I really like a good old steamed broccoli with a pat of butter added, and then some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
I’ve also roasted it and that’s always amazing.
We do roasted most often, just drizzled with olive oil and minced garlic with some crushed red pepper.
I prefer steamed with butter.
I like broccoli in a lasagna.
It still needs to have some bite/crunch to it.
Chinese style with a garlicky brown sauce over rice or noodles
Steamed as it is, deep fried with a spicy dipping sauce, or blanched with sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and chili.

In a Chinese stir-fry, second choice is steamed with ramen spice blend
Steamed and cooled, then topped with sesame oil and flaky salt
My top 2 ways to eat broccoli are in chicken broccoli Alfredo, or in Chinese stir fry.
Roasted with nutritional yeast and oil of your choice
Roasted with olive oil, salt, pepper, and heavy smoked paprika. Delicious!
