  1. It’s got to be boiled to the point that it’s soft and then absolutely smothered in cheese to the point where it’s basically a soup.

  2. I love all broccoli, but there’s something about broccoli prepared in a wok with a good sauce. Drool.

  3. We eat broccoli with dinner several times a week. I really like a good old steamed broccoli with a pat of butter added, and then some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    I’ve also roasted it and that’s always amazing.

  4. We do roasted most often, just drizzled with olive oil and minced garlic with some crushed red pepper.

    I prefer steamed with butter.

  5. Steamed as it is, deep fried with a spicy dipping sauce, or blanched with sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and chili.

  6. My top 2 ways to eat broccoli are in chicken broccoli Alfredo, or in Chinese stir fry.
