I am currently a high school senior trying to plan a trip with my friend to UK post grad. The problem is that both of us have later birthdays and will not be turning 18 until mid August. How viable is it for us to travel under 18? Or would it be better to try and plan a trip right when one of us turns 18? Would it be possible to go if one of us is 18 and one of us is 17? Trying to squeeze a trip in before college starts. Not sure when it will start, but supposing school starts late August/early September. TIA!
