Sorry for the breakup in advance, Sexuality would be a kind of a distraction. Like any activity or hobby. Distractions Would be good to lose attention from the bad event but eventually you will have to go through the emotions first. Understand your emotions, feelings and self. Then things will be back to normal with time and patience.
So yh the more you understand yourself and regulate your feelings in a healthy way things in other areas of your life will be back to normal and even better since you get this new side of you
I didnt. I took the time to be sad and grieve the relationship.
I lose my sex drive during heartbreak.
I take time to relax and enjoy being on my own before jumping into anything. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that jumping right into meaningless sex or a sexual FWB only distracts me from what I really need to work on.
I don’t have any sex drive whatsoever when I have a broken heart. The desire just isn’t there anymore
Typically, via the occasional depressed quickie orgasm with a wand vibrator through my pajama pants, in between bouts of weeping.
Toy. I own three amazing satisfyer toys. So they help.
You can’t get over someone by getting under someone new. Though it can provide a nice distraction.
Buy yourself toys
