I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree but the diplomas look more like administrative documents than the beautiful parchments with gothic letters common in the US and it would be regarded as a bit ridiculous to display them. I’ve noticed something interesting among Americans that isn’t common in my culture, and that’s the display of diplomas on walls (often in frames). Is this something completely normal, or is it considered a little arrogant?
