A bit of info about me before I ask my question. I’m late, 40’s/early 50’s, and I look really young for age, not a brag, just a fact all my life. I don’t consider myself shallow (but who knows) however, I am uncomfortable with possibly dating men who haven’t taken care of themselves and look more like my dad than my similar age partner. I haven’t had much luck in dating and other than above criteria (and that they’re not a raging red flag) I don’t have any specific criteria I’m looking for that would classify me as picky. So anyone else in here in my age range had any luck meeting a partner at this age? Where did you meet them? Dating apps are just awful and none of my friends know any single people they could introduce me to. I often feel like by getting married really young and staying in that marriage until the end of my 20s, I missed my opportunity, but IDK. Thoughts?
Added info: I do not spend a whole lot of time thinking about this. I work three jobs, but when I think about my life in the long run a partner pops up.
