Do you often look behind you or around you, solely to see if anyone is looking at you, when in public?

I don’t care personally, however sometimes, people say they feel like their being stared at, and sometimes people say that they aren’t noticeable, in a crowd of people, and I just be like, do you actively try to see who’s staring, or how long their staring for, cause how else would you really know?
