This might be particular to some of you. Due to our colonial past with the UK and long historical ties with Italy, many here are very fond of British and Italian sport teams. I myself support Juventus and Scuderia Ferrari ( Pain), and will usually pick the Italians in any sport. In the world cup, many support other countries, anything from Italy, to England, Germany , Spain and Brazil. Things can get.. heated. Of course this is also due to the fact that we are a micro nation and never qualified to big events.
Got me curious to see if other countries are like us and will gladly wave a foreign nation’s flag at sporting events.
