Do you think community college still holds the stigma of being “the 13th grade”? Being worthless, a joke, for the dumb kids etc?
When I was in high school in the 90s that was the thought process. Has it changed in 2024? Especially considering college is so expensive..why not go to community for 2 years then transfer to a state school? I mean your diploma from the 4 year college is not going to have an asterisk on it saying the first 2 years was at lee County community college.
