I live with my parents, to save money of course. It’s me, my mom and my dad in the same house. My mom is inherently a very messy person, and she doesn’t organize her things at all. She sleeps in her own room, which is crazily messy, uses her own bathroom while I sleep and do my business in a separate room and bathroom.

On multiple occasions, she has confronted and screamed at me for stealing her things, like money, some shampoo or other things. This time it was her keys, which prevented her from going to work that morning. Her long-standing logic is, since there’s only three people in the house and we both trust my dad, it must be me. She yells she doesn’t trust me because I’m not a good son and I must be hiding it somewhere for the gain of money. My older brother who lives with his family installed a camera in her room, but she thinks I disabled it. I say to her to check my stuff but she doesn’t bother to try. I say she keeps losing her things because she forgets everything but she says 100% she remembers where she put her keys that morning.

I keep trying to defend my innocence but I don’t know. We tried to find her keys but so far haven’t found it. Should I stay quiet and do nothing or do something?

TL;DR Mom thinks I’m stealing and hiding her personal belongings, how do I prove my innocence?
