Good afternoon! I’m writing this question here and not in r/socialanxiety because I’ve come to a point where I´m already at treatment for my depression and anxiety yet this matter bothers me. It is not that I can’t or don’t know how to handle people – I just dont wish to. Its bothersome and tiring. Is there any way I can make myself desire talking to people? Ofc i dont hate people in general, im just always a bit bothered when i have to socialize and it leads me to internal anger and discomfort. Thank you in advance.
