My husband and I set the intention of “365 days of Intimacy” for this year! It’s been really amazing so far, but I wanted to write down some ideas to put in a jar; for the days we want a fun surprise!

What are some emotional or physical (or both!) intimacy ideas that makes you feel connected with your partner?

Bonus if it’s discreet, as we have kids we have to hide from lol

  1. Anyone try something like this to revive menopause libido loss? I’ve been trying to talk about supplements, HRT, switching OBGYN to Menopause certified doc, etc without much luck. We still have sex weekly (wife initiated), but responsive arousal isn’t the same thing as natural libedo.

    Women’s opinions highly appreciated.

  2. I assume you don’t have kids. So… a day of “within the same room” as much as possible. The point is not just romance. It is to entirely share a day together.

    Another idea: give each other a full bath or shower. Wash soap and clean the other person everywhere – including hair. Dry them as well. Goal is not physical climax – goal is pampering.

    Another idea: pick a book you each like. Read the book to each other, trading off chapters.

    Another idea: feed each other from your hands to their mouth. No utensils. Ultimately, the other is eating out of your hand. It’s intensely intimate. Obviously, pick foods that avoids this being a sloppy mess.
