Title. I am very happy with my boyfriend, we are both mature enough to be in a committed relationship with each other, and he has stated that if i weren’t as mature as I am, this relationship wouldn’t have worked out, which I completely agree with. Me and him are both happy, and that should be all that matters. Yet, I am getting much scrutiny from other people for our age gap, such as my parents (which they understand they cannot stop me for I am legal age, but they are quite concerned about the age gap) and coworkers. Is it really as bad as people say it is? What are you thoughts on these types of relationships?
