Recently I got the offer from a company name Elite Global Marketing – do offline markering. I have finished 2 interviews in just 2 days, and got the offer and orientation session where they introduced about their training platform on the third day of the process. And asked me to go to welcome day in a cafe on this Friday, then start to go to work on Monday next week. They said they would give me a contract after I upload my documents for background checks. The process was too quick and I asked them for the office address which I can’t find anywhere on internet, and they have not yet replied. Is this company reliable?
Is this how small company operate ? Or something went wrong? I don’t know much about UK law.
