Tried to cash out 5 times over the last two days, kept getting an error message atter my ID upload. Last attempt was yesterday and noticed today by noon ish that I can’t go live/ view other live streamers and my cashout was cancelled.
I’m still able to access my account everything seems to be working fine except the livestream section. Diamonds are still in my account and I get that pop up when tryna livestream “2092”

Read online that contacting customer support is a dead end route with these apps so I guess my question is , is this normal to get “partially” banned like that?
Is there a way getting it fixed ?
