I used to lift a year ago but then stopped due to having two surgeries from gunshot wounds. I lost 25lbs from surgery but since then got my weight back. Went from 154 prior to surgery to 128lbs after. Now I currently weigh 145lbs 5’11 (21M).
I am lifting weights 5x a week and due to my activity level it tells me to aim for 2500 calories a day. If I meet my goals and continue to my plan can I see much more toned arms and more mass to them?
