In northern europe it is very cold but is mostly dry cold, and i have experienced that -6 with 100% humidity here is colder than -25 with 40/50%.
Today there was everywhere below -7 with a minimum in the province of -10 and in the zone of -8,8, while in the rest of Tuscany it was normally -3.
