When did this type of speech start? “much nice” “much cool” “much cute”

I have been noticing a resurgence of this type of speech mostly on instagram/social media. Does anyone know where or why this started? It’s VERY annoying to me and feels wrong in a way that maybe people don’t realize is actually making fun of how a non english speaker speaks?
