I’ve just started seeing this guy and he works in construction and he started a foreman job at a new site on Monday. He had previously been sending me good morning and good night texts and occasional texts throughout the day. However that’s tapered off and now he texts me very infrequently and my messages go unread for hours. I’m wondering if he could really be that busy or if he’s just not that into me. Do you make time to message a girl you like a lot, even when life gets busy?

I’ve been ghosted before and I’d rather not go through it again.
Edited to add: I meant all messaging has dropped off, including good morning messages and evening texting. I’m noticing a significant decline in his texting overall and wondering if it really could be related to a busy new job or if that’s just wishful thinking.
