So soon I will have my first ever home, a flat in a grade 2 listed building it has original sash windows that look decent but a few of the glass panels are cracked, I believe my landlord pays for these to be fixed but I wish to replace all the glass panels (not the frames) with vacuum glass panels, this will increase energy efficiency, save on energy bills, reduce noise, prevent the panel cracking and all other good things, so my question is, would I need scaffolding? I’m guessing they can pop out each glass panel and put a new vacuum panel in, am I correct? The flat is on the second floor.

Thank you 👍

Edit: buying a flat 👍 (my bad missed that bit of info)
