I am a garlic mayo and chilli sauce man myself. A lot of the takeaways won’t let you get both though so I normally just get garlic sauce. If I had to pick something different it would be burger sauce. Home made kebab sauces I love using tescos aioli and then Franks red hot sauce but it has to be the green one. That stuff is sooo good
