Now in Poland we have asparagus season. I am basically eating it every day. Fried, grilled, in tarte, in soup … my favourite way is to fry them on a grilling pan and eat with an egg. I freaking love green asparagus. The white ones I make soup off.

I don’t think we have that many seasonal dishes outside of holiday dishes.
The best i could think of is [fried herring](https://i.imgur.com/qZldfAO.png) and [toast skagen](https://i.imgur.com/ypWtqcb.png), but they lean more towards being summer dishes.
In the Netherlands, it’s asparagus time too. Also the first Dutch strawberries.
