My partner and I have been together for five plus years and we are having some issues in the relationship. We have had issues for a long time within our relationship that have had some blow ups out of the years. I have recently started therapy due to my increased depression levels. We got into an argument a couple weeks when he said he wouldn’t go to couples therapy because he hasn’t done anything wrong. He has reiterated this point several times that he feels like he has not done anything wrong in the relationship. I should add that I am living in his home country and have lately really wanted to return to my own home country because I feel isolated and don’t have my family around for support physically during times like this. Ultimately I am unsure if I should even bother trying couples therapy down the line or if I should cut my losses now. Any thoughts?

TLDR; my partner says he does not do anything wrong in the relationship and is it worth trying to get help to fix the relationship or cut my losses?
