Bidet toilet at home.
Popcorn and M&M’s mixed together 🤤
To eat- dark chocolate, ice cream and some jalapeño potato chips….. not in that order.
A warming pad for cramps. Advil or Tylenol also for cramps.

Food. All of it.
Heating pad.
My couch and a good show on tv. Tea & candles. Heating pad if I have back pain. Hot shower.
A fully day of rotting on the couch/bed with all my favorite snacks and shows
Cold pad for the stomach helps a LOT
People always say a “warm pad” but cold works much better, for me at least lol
Dark Chocolate Coffee
Chocolate and ibuprofen.
Alone time, good book, sweats, some sweet shit, and occasional cuddles.
Warmies! They are like stuffed animals filled with rice and lavender that go in the microwave. They are the best heating pads because they are very flexible and weighted. I have a shark (for shark week) and a platypus (platypussy!) They’re also great for migraines (try them on the back of the neck) and muscle aches. My kids all have them too, the girls for cramps (a turtle and a hamster) and my son has a mini size wolf for sinus headaches.
A heating pad, a box of Kleenex, a few chocolate bars, and some self-compassion.
Heatpack, KFC and ice cream.
Chocolate mousse, heating pad and tylenol.
Order a bacon cheeseburger and golden fries (side of garlic aioli) and a Diet Coke and absolutely rot on my couch in peace. And a heat pad on my utty.
A big blanket and a bag of Reese’s cups.
Idk why, but I always crave Mcdonalds fries & their 10pc chicken nuggets, then I dip both of them into an oreo mcflurry 😳
Besides that, a heating pad, a nap, maybe a leisurely adventure videogame or comfort romcom. A book if I feel up to it. And naproxen!!
