How do you deal with friends who are not supportive?

I have a friend who never gives me props on my successes in life despite the fact that I always do it for him. This is a friendship that has gone on for over a decade but I’ve always had this feeling that he deep down doesn’t like seeing me succeed because his jealousy gets in the way.
