Today I saw a [map](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Feimo4ifvpqfc1.jpeg) showing which countries had more foreign vs local restaurants and I was SHOCKED
It had never crossed my mind that some countries could have more foreign restaurants than local ones. To me, foreign restaurants are somewhere you go to every once in a while when you want something different, but I can’t imagine having a family lunch at an Indian restaurant, for example.
So how is it in your country? Do people frequently go to foreign restaurants? Do they go there more than to local ones?
