32M and I’m as stiff as a 2×4 and not in a good way. Injuries that I obtained when I was younger and never fully healed (in US, grew up poor so no insurance which meant no PT for ALC injury) , now they are catching up to me with a vengeance since I sit all day. My posture has changed to be more hunched forward, my lower back is in pain and stiff, and my neck is always stiff and in pain. I have a slipped vertebra (L5-S1) and my neck is as straight as an arrow from my X-rays. I’m still young enough to turn things around but need a set routine to follow. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have to change this.

Currently in PT but they work on one body part at a time (thank you insurance) and started Pilates. Also taking swimming more seriously for cardio.

Thank you in advanced gentlemen!
