I earn a decent amount(5.5k) for my age group in Singapore. I’m currently also pursuing a part time master degree in NUS. I’m quite satisfied with my current lifestyle. Being able to have disposable income to travel is a luxury to me that barely ever travel in my lifetime before I start working. However my gf is not satisfied with me. She thinks I have no ambition. She think I’m happy as long as I earn enough to eat and sleep. She have a high idea goal in life and want to be a influencer though she don’t have much followers currently. She also earns a decent amount(5k).
I felt like I was denied of my effort that I put in to achieve my current lifestyle. It’s not like I’m not trying to be better, if not I wouldn’t be pursing a master degree.
Is it really that bad if a guy is satisfied with what he currently have?
