im not gonna say that im innocent here, but i never escalate things to the level that she does. Recently it has been happing more and more. we have a fight, and she makes it physical. i have never laid a malicious hand on her, i just throw her off me or pin her down. ive said some pretty terrible things in retaliation and accused her of things that i have no proof of. When she says she can prove it, i tell her to show me then she backs off and wont show me anything stating “i dont have to prove anything to you”. well after this most recent time i left. went to go stay in my camper. took all my clothes computer and my dog. now im blocked on everything. she still has a bunch of my stuff. i really just want to cut ties and go no contact but i need my stuff back.
how should i approach the situation?
