What are good ways to start a conversation for small talk with strangers? What are some casual topics to talk about in small talks?

I tend to come across as a bit too serious and personal. But genuine. It works for some people. But I also want to be a bit more all rounded. Embrace the more casual vibe too. It’s not so natural to me unfortunately . :p

Any practice advice please? 🙂
