What did you do when you were younger to prevent joint pain/discomfort as you got older?

  1. I didn’t do this, but I WISH I had researched and taken seriously computer ergonomics. But I didn’t know how much of my life was going to be sitting in front of a computer.

    Also, stretch. You will never regret maintaining your flexibility.

  2. Specifically weight lifting. I can’t recommend it enough for women as they get older. Its truly life changing.
